South Korean boy band “Bangtan Sonyeondan” (Bulletproof Boy Scouts) also known as “BTS” has once again topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart and Billboard Global 200 chart for the fourth time with their new hit single “Butter”. They reached no. 1 on billboard with their songs, “Dynamite” which is the disco pop single sung in English. Then “Savage Love [BTS Remix] (Laxed – Siren Beat)” which was a collaboration with Jawsh 685 and Jason Derulo. Third top hit “Life Goes On” which was released in the pandemic times when world suddenly stopped without warning so BTS echoed this comforting message in the face of unexpected turns and now with “Butter” which is a latest summer anthem and a dance pop track.

BTS is the K-Pop band that debuted in June 2013. It consists of seven members, RM, Jin, Suga, J-hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook. They influenced millions of people through the activities such as “LOVE YOURSELF” campaign and UN “Speak Yourself” speech that mobilized millions of fans (ARMY) all around the world.

BTS won many awards like the categories of Best Duo/Group, Best Selling Song, Best Music Video, Best Fan ARMY etc. They got to recognized by many prestigious awards like Billboard Music Awards, Grammy Awards, Asian Music Awards, American Music Awards, MTV Video Music Awards etc.

BTS also broke YouTube and Spotify records with “Butter”. The song earned more than 113 million views on YouTube and more than 11 million streams on Spotify in 24 hours. It is also listed No. 1 on the U.S ITunes chart.

BTS has fandom all around the world now which they call as ARMY. They established themselves as the “21st century pop icons”. BTS is working on “2021 Muster Sowoozoo”, which is the live stream event which will be held on June 13 and 14 and also “Festa” as a celebration for their successful 8 years in the entertainment industry.
